✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong leadership experience — ideally in fashion or streetwear retail.
• Proven people manager: you know how to build and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication skills — you lead by example.
• Inventory and budget management know-how.
• A love for customer interaction and delivering next-level experiences.
• Flexible schedule — available weekends, holidays, and key drops.
• English: C1 level preferable (other languages = big plus).
