Your Contribution to Our Team:

As a Social Media and PR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and growing our brand. You will be responsible for managing our social media strategies, collaborating with influencers, and maintaining strong public relations.


Responsabilities


1. Knowledge of the Local Market


1.1. Fashion Trends:

  • Conduct research to provide a detailed understanding of fashion trends and consumer preferences in the U.S.
  • Adapt content and product strategies to align with emerging trends.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities, identifying their strategies and market movements.


1.2. Culture and Lifestyle:

  • Understand and apply knowledge of local culture and lifestyle in all marketing campaigns and PR strategies.


1.3. Identifying Opportunities:

Propose initiatives to differentiate from competitors based on analysis of their actions and strategies.


2. Influencer Management:

2.1. Identification and Recommendation:

  • Research and recommend potential influencers who align with the brand and can amplify its message.


2.2. Relationships with Influencers:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring effective and beneficial collaborations for both parties.


2.3. Strategic Collaborations:

  • Manage agreements and collaborations with influencers, overseeing content creation and ensuring alignment with the brand strategy.


3. Social Media Management:


3.1. Content Creation Oversight:

  • Oversee the creation of social media content, ensuring consistency with the brand strategy and marketing goals.


3.2. Content Publishing:

  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a constant and relevant presence.


3.3. Interaction and Engagement:

  • Monitor and manage interactions with social media followers, fostering positive and constructive engagement.


3.4 Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze the performance of social media posts, adjusting strategies based on obtained insights.



4. Public Relations:


4.1. Local Press:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local media, ensuring positive and wide coverage of the brand.


4.2. Press Release Management:

  • Write and distribute press releases, organize press conferences, and manage media requests.


4.3. Press Events:

  • Plan and coordinate press events, ensuring effective and prominent media coverage.


5. Event Organization:


5.1. Own Events:

  • Plan and execute own events, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a brand-consistent experience.


5.2. External Events:

  • Identify and coordinate participation in relevant external events, maximizing the brand's visibility and engagement.


Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media, PR, and influencer management.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and metric analysis. Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
    Deep knowledge of streetwear fashion brands and fashion trends.
