Your Contribution to COLD as a Sales Specialist:

• Supervise and manage all daily store operations.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

• Manage inventory and ensure adequate product replacement.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive presentation of products.

• Manage the store budget and control costs.

• Solve problems and handle conflict situations effectively.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably as a streetwear brand salesperson.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Solid knowledge of retail sales practices and inventory management.

• Customer orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Customer Service:

• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product advice and answering questions.

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain order and cleanliness of the store, ensuring that products are correctly displayed and labeled.

Inventory Management:

• Carry out periodic inventories and ensure you have enough stock of popular products.

Payment Processing:

• Process payments accurately and efficiently, using the store's point of sale system.

Merchandise Reception:

• Assist in receiving and placing new merchandise, ensuring it is properly stored and labeled.
