- Own the floor — from daily ops to next-level service.
- Make customers feel like they’ve found their new favorite brand.
- Bring creative sales strategies to life and smash those targets.
- Keep the store looking 🔥 with strong visual merchandising.
- Be smart with stock, numbers, and budgets — and stay cool under pressure.
- Handle challenges with calm confidence and keep the vibe positive.
💥 What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail (streetwear/fashion = big plus).
- Strong communication — confident, clear, and effortlessly cool.
- Multitasking legend who loves a fast-paced vibe.
- Solid understanding of retail and inventory processes.
- Customer-first mindset and natural problem-solver.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Availability on weekends & holidays — we hustle hard.
- English (C1 preferred). Extra languages? Big bonus.
