• Own the numbers: manage the store budget and control costs.
• Be the go-to problem-solver and a calm, confident leader in every situation.

• Proven experience in retail leadership — streetwear or fashion preferred.
• Outstanding communication — clear, confident, and motivating.
• Grace under pressure and the ability to multitask like a boss.
• Strong knowledge of retail practices and inventory management.
• A customer-first mindset and sharp problem-solving skills.
• Independent spirit + team player energy.
• Full availability — weekends, holidays, and hustle mode included.
• English — other languages? Even better.
